4. Dispatch and Delivery (date for this service yet to be confirmed)

Orders received via our website are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) on a strict rotation basis. We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days or receipt of cleared payment. We will always send a dispatch confirmation email once your goods have been shipped. If you fail to receive a dispatch email, you should check that it has not been blocked by your spam filter or firewall. We make every effort to ensure that emails are successfully received, however, we do not accept any responsibility for their failure to arrive. All our orders are dispatched using a registered service and will require a signature upon arrival. We cannot arrange delivery to alternate locations should the delivery address be unoccupied at the time of delivery. Local delivery agents (Royal Mail, DHL or UPS for example) may attempt to deliver to neighbouring addresses, but we have no control over this process.
Parcels returned to us undelivered due to no-one being present to sign for the delivery will be subject to an additional charge for re-delivery. Any refunds given by us due to abortive delivery will be for the full value of the goods only. Postage and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Deliveries within the UK normally take 1-2 working days. ROI deliveries usually take 4-5 workings, and all other locations, approx 5-10 working days. Delivery times are provided as a guide only, and may be subject to change. Delivery times can increase due to local conditions beyond our control (for example, postal strikes or adverse weather conditions).
Deliveries to locations such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Shetland Isles will incur a surcharge. This will be added to the total after you enter your postcode on the checkout page. Remote areas are defined by the courier company we use, and are not open for debate. A surcharge is added to cover the extra shipping costs to these areas.

5. Returns and Refunds

We are happy to replace any goods found to be faulty on delivery or for a specified time thereafter. Your invoice, which will accompany your delivery, will detail the time window when we must be notified of any faulty, damaged or missing items. In line with standard wholesale practices we are not liable for any goods once the specified time has lapsed, once the goods have been passed on to a third party (retailed), once the goods have been used, or if the goods are damaged due to misuse.
We can only accept authorised returns of unused goods. Your original invoice number will need to be quoted in all correspondence. We will endeavour to rectify any issues as quickly as possible, but are unable to issue replacements/refunds until returned products have been received and inspected. In the event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, we make no guarantee that we will be able to replace it. If the item is no longer in stock, or sold out, we will be unable to provide a replacement.
Please be aware that if you are returning goods, return post and packaging costs are not refundable. However, you will be asked to pay additional postage if we supply you with replacement products.
